Accessibility statement

What we are aiming for

We build this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. That means readable contrast, a visible focus ring, every control reachable by keyboard, real text instead of pictures of text, and alternative text on images that carry meaning.

What we have done

Headings run in order so a screen reader can navigate the page. Forms have real labels, not placeholder text pretending to be labels. Interactive controls announce their state. The site works at 200% zoom and down to a 320-pixel viewport without horizontal scrolling. Motion is limited to short transitions and respects a reduced-motion preference.

Where we know we fall short

Some older project photography lacks descriptive alternative text beyond the project name. Our map is a visual component; every office it shows is also listed as text on the locations page so nothing is available only inside the map.
