Your residents did not sign up to be on a jobsite.

An EMR of 0.47 is the number your risk team asks for. It is not the reason we run safety the way we do. Most of our work happens in buildings full of people who still have to get to their cars, walk their dogs and put their kids to bed while we are there.

  • +
Walkways clear and the site restored every night
  • +
No exposed fasteners, open penetrations or unguarded edges left overnight

The Program

How it actually runs

Six things that happen on every project, whether it is a two-week turn package or a twelve-month capital program.

  1. 01
    Prequalified before mobilization
Every trade partner clears our own prequalification before a truck arrives. Insurance certificates, licenses and safety programs are verified by our compliance team, not taken on trust.
  2. 02
    A site-specific plan, not a binder
Each project gets a written safety plan built for that building — access, staging, fall protection, silica, hot work and the resident-facing hazards that only exist on occupied jobs.
  3. 03
    Daily huddles and documented JHAs
Crews start the day with a job hazard analysis for the work actually happening that day. It is signed, it is filed, and it is available to your risk team on request.
  4. 04
    Superintendent owns it
Safety is not delegated to a visiting officer. The named superintendent on your project is accountable for it, and the weekly owner report includes what happened and what was corrected.
  5. 05
    Incidents get reported, every time
Near misses included. An EMR of 0.47 against an industry average of 1.0 comes from recording the small things and fixing them, not from quiet paperwork.
  6. 06
Your risk team gets the file
The site-specific plan, daily JHAs, trade-partner prequalification records and the incident log are available on request, and our safety program goes out with the bid.
