How we handle your information

What we collect

If you fill in a form on this site we collect what you type into it — your name, company, role, email, phone, and whatever you tell us about the property and the scope. That is it. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers or anything else on this site.

Like most websites we also see standard server information: the pages requested, the approximate region the request came from, the browser used and the referring page.

What we do with it

Your form submission goes to the regional team that would run the work, so they can reply, scope the job and price it. That is the only reason we ask.

We do not sell your information, we do not rent it, and we do not put you into a drip sequence because you asked for a number on a roof.

Who else sees it

Our website is hosted by Netlify and form submissions are stored there before reaching our team. We use Google Fonts for typography. We may share details of a specific project with subcontractors, manufacturers or insurance-side parties where that is necessary to bid or deliver the work — never for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they are commercially useful and then removed. Records tied to a project we delivered are kept as long as the contract, warranty and our insurers require.

Your choices

Ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, and we will — except where we are required to keep project records. Email info@apexcontracting.com.
