Build a 24-unit community of one- and two-bedroom homes near Chinden and Five Mile, designed around mountain views and pet-friendly living.

Managed every phase as general contractor, delivering stainless appliances, updated finishes and in-unit washers and dryers in each home.

Ground-up apartment construction at Northview, Boise, Idaho

Northview Apartments is a 24-unit community of one- and two-bedroom homes near Chinden and Five Mile in northwest Boise. Apex was general contractor for every phase and completed the project in 2020, on time and within budget.

Ground-up delivery carries the whole sequence, from site to structure, envelope and interiors. Each home was finished with stainless appliances, updated finishes and in-unit washers and dryers, with a design that takes advantage of mountain views and supports pet-friendly living.

In the Treasure Valley, freeze-thaw and a short construction season compress exterior work into a narrow window, so it gets scheduled early. Our Boise team delivers ground-up multifamily, capital improvements and exterior work across Boise, Meridian and Nampa.
