The updated space features a modern lounge with a kitchen, billiards, fireplace, and a Wi-Fi lounge with coworking pods. The clubhouse renovation at Acadia at Cornerstar Apartments was completed in 2024, with Sentinel Corp as the client and Apex Construction as the contractor. Jordan Michael Design provided comprehensive services, including planning and programming, design and development, construction documents, FF&E services, and cost estimating and budget development. The renovated clubhouse now features a resident lounge with multiple flat-screen TVs, a cyber café with a coffee bar, and complimentary Wi-Fi in the clubhouse and poolside areas. These enhancements have significantly improved the quality of life for residents, offering modern amenities that promote social interaction and community engagement.
