Acadia at Cornerstar

Apex renovated the clubhouse at Acadia at Cornerstar, a 400-unit pet-friendly community in Aurora, then stayed on for a unit capital improvement program, vanity countertop replacements across units and exterior AC condenser work.

Clubhouse work in an occupied community starts with agreement. We set a clear conceptual framework with ownership and stakeholders before construction, so decisions about layout, finishes and systems were made once, not revisited mid-build. That keeps the schedule short, which matters when the leasing office and resident amenities share the same building.
