Alante Apartments is a residential community in the Los Angeles area. The work combined apartment interiors, including premium kitchen and bathroom features, with exterior architectural elements, community and amenity spaces, and material and finish upgrades across the property. The aim was a consistent, modern look from the street to the unit.

Scopes that span interiors and exteriors are easier to run as one program than as separate contracts. One schedule lets unit work, common-area work and exterior work share access, staging and inspections, and one set of finish standards keeps the property looking like a single decision rather than several.
