Alta Offices

For the Alta Offices development in downtown Atlanta, Apex installed the full commercial roof system on a ground-up building: insulation, a white TPO membrane, parapet wall wrapping, and detailing at every penetration and edge.

Downtown sites leave little room for staging. Hoisting, material deliveries and roof access were planned around the street, the other trades and the building’s mechanical equipment, so the roof was finished on the construction schedule.
