For Avida Property Ownership Group, Apex restored the roofing across a multifamily property in Salt Lake City, then worked building by building through exterior repairs, stair and tread replacement, stucco, water heater closets, heat tape, trash enclosures, the pool area and a dog park renovation.

Repair-first roofing is about preserving the asset you already own. Flashing and drainage details are where most leaks start, so they got the attention; the field of the roof was repaired where it was sound. The result extends service life and reduces the repair calls that follow every storm.

On the Wasatch Front, freeze-thaw cycling opens joints and flashing faster than in milder climates, and snow load tests drainage every winter. The work was self-performed by our own roofing crews, which handles roof repair, maintenance and replacement programs for multifamily and HOA owners across Utah.
