The Nash

The Nash is a multifamily community in San Diego. Apex delivered a complete exterior refresh to restore curb appeal and extend the life of the building envelope, working with Sherwin-Williams and ownership on every finish.

The material palette, including stucco, metal and trim, meant several paint assemblies, each matched for adhesion, weather resistance and warranty compliance. Work was phased elevation by elevation in a fully occupied community, and colors were coordinated to hold to the property’s brand.
