Ashley Terrace is an apartment community on Nicholson Road in Vancouver, Washington. Apex repaired failed LP siding and exterior carpentry across the property, then repainted every building in a new two-tone scheme: a deep blue base with light grey upper walls.

The brief

Stop the siding deterioration at the base of the buildings and replace a dated cream and red color scheme with a finish that would hold up in the Pacific Northwest weather.

The challenge

Swollen and broken LP lap and panel siding along the lower courses, damaged trim, and a fully occupied community with balconies, stairs and garages to work around.

What we did

Cut out and replaced damaged siding and trim, completed the carpentry repairs, then prepped and repainted the buildings, balconies, stairs and garages in the new colors.

Sound siding and a unified, current look across every building on the property.

Ashley Terrace is an apartment community at 4500 Nicholson Road in Vancouver, Washington. Apex carried out LP siding and carpentry repairs followed by a full exterior repaint.

The work replaced damaged lap and panel siding along the lower courses of the buildings, repaired trim, and repainted the walls, balconies, stairs and garages in a two-tone blue and grey scheme.
