Create a modern residential experience focused on comfort, function and contemporary design, from the units to the shared spaces.

Premium finishes that have to look consistent from the first unit to the last, across interiors, amenities and architectural elements.

What we did

Built out apartment interiors, community lounge and gathering areas, amenity spaces and exterior architectural elements, with careful material selection and spatial flow.

The result

A clean, modern living environment that strengthens the property’s identity and gives residents comfortable, functional spaces.

Bevel Apartments is a modern multifamily community in the Los Angeles area. The work covered apartment interiors, community lounges and gathering areas, amenity spaces, exterior architectural elements and high-end finishes, with attention to material selection and how residents move through the building.

Premium-finish work on a residential property lives or dies on consistency. Samples are approved before ordering, installation standards are written down, and punch lists are closed space by space, so the last unit matches the first. That is what lets a property hold a premium rent after the photography is done.
