The Calo

The Calo is a mixed-use multifamily development in Draper, Utah. The capital work centered on the parking structure: deck restoration, concrete rehabilitation and waterproofing, along with site and infrastructure upgrades, delivered in phases so parking stayed available to residents.

Parking decks fail from the top down. Water and de-icing salts get through cracks and joints, reach the reinforcing steel and spall the concrete.
