City Villas

City Villas is a 70-unit apartment community in San Diego. The renovation focused on exterior architectural improvements, courtyard and gathering spaces, resident common areas and updated materials and finishes, giving the property a cleaner, more modern identity from the street.

On a smaller community every elevation is visible from somewhere, so exterior work is planned as a single look rather than a list of repairs. Color, materials and site improvements are chosen together, and the work is phased around resident access to entries and courtyards.
