Colonial Court is a 294-unit community at 2155 Grant Avenue in Ogden, Utah. Apex renovated 91 unit interiors, with new kitchens, bathrooms and flooring, and renovated the community’s shared spaces: the lobby, clubhouse lounges, business center, fitness center and pet wash.

The brief

Bring 91 units and the shared spaces up to a current finish standard while the community stayed leased.

The challenge

Working unit by unit around residents, and keeping the lobby, clubhouse and fitness center usable while they were rebuilt.

What we did

Renovated unit kitchens and bathrooms with new cabinetry, counters, fixtures and plank flooring, then renovated the lobby, clubhouse lounges and kitchenette, business center, fitness center and pet wash.

The result

91 renovated units back on the market and a finished set of common areas to lease them from.

Colonial Court is a 294-unit apartment community on Grant Avenue in Ogden, Utah. Apex carried out a 91-unit interior renovation program and renovated the community’s common areas.

Inside the units, the work covered kitchens, bathrooms and flooring. In the shared spaces it covered the two-story lobby, the clubhouse lounges and kitchenette, the business center, the fitness center and a pet wash.

Our Salt Lake City team runs interior renovation programs across northern Utah, from Ogden to Utah County, sequenced so occupied communities keep leasing through the work.
