Coronado Palms, now called ORO, is a 169-unit community on South Euclid Street in Anaheim. In 2026 Apex rebuilt its breezeway staircases one at a time and delivered exterior painting and pedestrian walkway coatings.

The brief

Replace aging breezeway stairs and renew the exterior finishes after the new owner took over.

The challenge

Stairs are the only way to upper-floor units, so each one had to be rebuilt fast, safely and with a clear alternate route.

What we did

Rebuilt the breezeway staircases one at a time with new railings, then painted the exteriors and coated pedestrian walkways.

The result

New, code-compliant stairs across the community and a refreshed exterior, with upper-floor residents kept in access throughout.

Coronado Palms, now branded ORO Apartments, is a 169-unit community in Anaheim built in 1983. In 2026 Apex rebuilt the breezeway staircases and delivered exterior painting and walkway coatings.

Stair rebuilds on occupied property are sequenced one stair at a time, with shoring, temporary access and inspections planned before a stair is closed.
