At Domain at Oakland, Apex rebuilt flood-affected units floor by floor, restored the ground-floor restaurant space and renovated resident amenity spaces while the community stayed occupied.
Modernize finishes, improve shared environments and restore affected units to raise the property’s overall appeal.
Two kinds of work at once, redesign in the amenities and restoration in units, in an active residential community.
Rebuilt flood-affected units across multiple floors, from drywall and flooring to cabinetry, kitchens, baths and finishes.
Units back on the rent roll, a restored retail space and more modern amenities, delivered by one team across restoration and renovation.
At Domain at Oakland, Apex rebuilt flood-affected units across multiple floors, delivered a model unit, restored the ground-floor restaurant space and renovated resident lounges, co-working areas and shared kitchens while the community stayed occupied.
