Dry Creek

Dry Creek at East Village is a multifamily community in the Salt Lake area. Apex renovated the clubhouse, working inside an occupied community and sequencing the work so residents kept access to the spaces around it.

New-construction finishing is where a community’s first impression is set. Clubhouse, fitness and common-area finishes take the heaviest use, so material choices are made for durability as well as appearance, and trades are coordinated so each space is complete before it is handed over.
