Protect the buildings and support the long-term durability of the community’s roofs and infrastructure.

Many buildings and amenity structures, with pools, walkways and parking to protect while residents stayed home.

What we did

Roofing work across residential buildings and amenity structures, sequenced building by building with minimal disruption to residents.

The result

Reliable weather protection, better building performance and longer roof life with lower future maintenance.

Project context

Multifamily roofing at Eaglewood Lofts, North Salt Lake

Eaglewood Lofts is a 214-unit community in North Salt Lake with multiple residential buildings, a clubhouse, pools and outdoor recreation areas. Apex completed roofing improvements across the residential buildings and amenity structures while residents stayed home.

Roofing a community of many buildings is a sequencing job. Each building is prepared, roofed and closed out in turn, with protection of pools, walkways and parking planned in advance, so no part of the property carries open work longer than it has to.

Freeze-thaw and snow load on the Wasatch Front are hard on roofs and flashing. Our Utah team, with roofing self-performed by Apex crews, handles roof replacement and repair programs for multifamily and HOA owners from Ogden to Utah County.
