Milo Apartments

Milo Apartments is a multifamily community on Louisiana Boulevard NE in Albuquerque. Apex has run eight separate projects there since 2023, from TPO roof replacement and roof drains to concrete repairs, exterior coatings and painting, pool deck coatings and interior corridor renovations.

The work runs building by building across an occupied site. Apex coordinates each scope with property management so residents keep safe access to courtyards, stairs and amenities, and each building is closed out before the next opens.

In the high desert, daily temperature swings drive movement at every roof transition, and UV at altitude ages materials faster than the warranty math assumes. Our Albuquerque team handles roofing, envelope and renovation programs for multifamily owners across New Mexico.
