Hawthorne Townhomes

Hawthorne Townhomes is a townhome community in South Salt Lake. After a fire in one of the two-story units, Apex documented the loss, removed damaged materials and rebuilt the home between August and December 2025: drywall, paint, carpet and flooring, the stair, closets, kitchen cabinetry and counters, and the bathroom vanity and tub surround.

Attached townhomes share walls, so a fire rebuild is also a neighbor-protection job. Dust control, containment and working hours were set so the occupied units on either side kept living normally, and the loss was photographed from demolition through final so the owner and carrier had one clear record.
