The brief

Replace failing roofs across the center and improve waterproofing and energy performance.

The challenge

Tear-off above open stores and restaurants, with rooftop units to protect and customer parking below.

What we did

Removed the old roofs in daily sections, installed tapered insulation where needed to improve drainage, and a white TPO membrane with new flashings.

The result

New roofs across the center, completed with tenants open and no interruptions to business.

Re-roofing an open shopping center is sequenced in daily sections. Each section is torn off, insulated and made watertight the same day, rooftop units stay protected, and stores and restaurants keep trading below.
