Kennesaw Student Housing

Apex installed the commercial roof systems for a newly built student housing community in Kennesaw, Georgia: insulation and white TPO membranes across multiple four-story residential buildings, with flashing and edge metal detailed around extensive rooftop mechanical equipment.

On new multifamily construction, roofs go on building by building as the framing tops out, so each building can be dried in and the interiors can start. The white membrane also helps manage heat through Georgia’s summers.
