Lake 28 is a 252-unit apartment community on Preakness Boulevard in Land O’ Lakes, Florida, built in 2005. Apex completed a full exterior repaint of the property.

The scope covered the residential buildings, trim, railings and the clubhouse, scheduled building by building around residents.
