Olympus at Daybreak is an apartment community in the Daybreak neighborhood of South Jordan, Utah. In 2025 Apex repainted its exteriors and applied new coatings to the stair landings and balconies.

The work ran building by building so each stair core could be closed, coated and returned to service on a short, predictable schedule.
