For Precision Manufacturing, Apex installed membrane roof systems across the buildings of a new industrial campus in Orlando. Each wide-span manufacturing building got insulation and an adhered EPDM membrane, with flashing and detailing at penetrations, curbs and roof edges.

Roofing a ground-up campus means working in step with the general schedule. Buildings were roofed as their shells were completed, so each one could be dried in and handed to the interior trades without waiting on the rest of the site.
