Hundreds of units, a mix of labor-only and partial-materials scopes, and turns that had to hit move-in dates.

What we did

Renovated unit kitchens, living areas, baths and bedrooms across two program years, and replaced selective concrete at the pool deck.

A steady flow of renovated units back to leasing, and a safer pool deck.
