River Oaks Apartments

River Oaks Apartments in West Jordan has been a multi-year capital program for Apex: unit interior renovations focused on kitchens, cabinetry, lighting and flooring, alongside exterior and subgrade drainage, deck and carport repairs, and annual exterior capital projects from 2023 through 2025.
