Sabine Apartments

Sabine Apartments is a multifamily community in northeast Denver. Working with Holland Residential, Apex renovated the clubhouse interior in 2024, giving residents a modern lounge with a fully equipped kitchen and billiards area as the community’s central hub.

A clubhouse is the shared space residents use most and one of the first spaces a prospect sees. Finishes were chosen for heavy daily use as well as appearance, and the lounge, kitchen and billiards area were planned as one space rather than three.
