The View on 20th is a 148-unit community on Park Boulevard in Ogden, Utah. In 2024 Apex replaced and installed the exterior aluminum storefront doors in two phases.

Replace the building’s exterior storefront doors.

Entries residents use all day, so each opening could only be out of service briefly.

Replaced and installed aluminum storefront doors in the arched brick entries, in two phases.

New storefront entries, installed with every entrance kept usable.

The View on 20th is a 148-unit apartment community in Ogden, Utah. In 2024 Apex replaced its exterior storefront doors.

Door replacements were done one opening at a time so the building always had a working entrance.
