Timbers at Millcreek

Timbers at Millcreek is an apartment community on Blue Lake Circle in Antioch, Tennessee. Between November and December 2025, Apex rebuilt unit interiors after moisture and mold damage, from documentation of the affected walls through new insulation, drywall, paint and flooring.

A build-back is a reconstruction job run like a turn. Affected materials come out, conditions behind the finishes and below the floor are documented, and each unit is rebuilt in the same order, so the property knows when every unit returns to leasing and the photo record supports any claim.
