Granite 550

Granite 550 is a 228-unit multifamily community on Granite Peak Drive in Casper. Apex repainted the building exteriors and completed the associated repairs, coordinated across the property as one program.

Family-oriented communities put amenities and site work on the critical path. Pool, playground and outdoor spaces must be complete, inspected and safe before residents use them, so site and amenity trades are scheduled with the same care as the buildings. Apex has stayed on the property since, with pool resurfacing, landing repairs and building-by-building punch inspections.
