Preserve at Greenway Park

Preserve at Greenway Park is a 368-unit community on Preserve Circle in Casper. Apex built and enhanced residential buildings, the clubhouse and resident lounges, a fitness center, and outdoor gathering spaces including fire pit areas, coordinating multiple trades across several phases.

Amenity work continued as separate phases: a fitness center and pool renovation, a clubhouse repaint with new carpet, and a pet spa. Each was sequenced so residents always had a working clubhouse and a place to work out, with consistent finishes so the community reads as one project.
