Seasons of Traverse Mountain

Seasons of Traverse Mountain is a multifamily community in Lehi. Apex delivered a building-by-building exterior and roofing program across buildings A through P, then returned to renovate the breezeways, replace railings and stair stringers and repaint exterior doors.

Exterior and roofing work on a multi-building community runs building by building, with finishes and roof systems standardized so the property reads as one design. Protecting landscaping, walkways and amenities is part of the plan.

The Silicon Slopes corridor has added thousands of units in a decade, and communities like Traverse Mountain are reaching their first exterior cycle. Our Utah team handles exterior, roofing and repaint programs across Utah County.
